All goods sold are not returnable, including ready stock and group buy/pre-order items.
If your item is Defective on Arrival (DOA), you may request for an exchange by email with evidence attached. If we find it to be sufficient, we will arrange for a exchange. If the exchange process is deemed too costly for both parties, a refund is possible if both parties agree. In any other case, an exchange will be carried out.
If both parties deemed an exchange to be too costly, a refund will be accepted and processed.
If it is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, while we will bear the shipping charges of sending a replacement to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
