  1. When will you ship out my order?
    We typically process all orders for in-stock items within 1-3 business days. During busy weeks it might take slightly longer, we are a small team :( Feel free to message us to ask about your order anytime.

  2. What are the shipping times to my country?
    Malaysia - Shipping via DHL eCommerce/Ninja Van will usually take 1-3 business days after being shipped out.
    Singapore - Shipping via Ninja Van will usually take around 5-7 days after being shipped out.
    Other Countries - Shipping via FedEx will usually take 2-7 days after being shipped out.

  3. What are the acceptable quality standards for bigger items ie. keyboard kits?
    This would depend on the brand/designer, and the acceptable quality standards are usually mentioned in the description of our listings or the brand's/main vendor's webpage. As a general rule of thumb, coating defects on the inner case that do not hinder normal usage of the keyboards are within QC standards, and external flaws smaller than a specified size are acceptable as well.

  4. Some switches that came with my order has bent pins. Are they faulty?
    You can rest assured that the switches are fine, as long as the pins do not completely snap off. Pins bending are a very common occurance with switches, as the pins are very thin (~.6mm!) and do sometimes get bent out of shape during shipping. Just get a pair of tweezers/anything fine enough to bend them back straight, and you'll be good to go.

  5. Where can I receive latest updates on group buys/pre-orders that I've previously joined?
    You may follow us on our social media pages and our pre-order updates section for occasional updates, but we'd recommend joining our Discord channel as we're the most active over there. Come and say hi!

  6. My address has changed since I last joined a group buy/pre-order. Can I modify the address for my order?
    Most definitely, you can modify your address without any charges incurred, except if you're changing countries that is. Just drop us an email over at support@rebultkeyboards.com with your order ID and new address, and we'll get it done.

  7. My product does not work as intended / order is missing an item.
    Don't worry, we are here to help! Head over to the Contact Us page and shoot us an email/message describing the issue and we will respond within 3 working days. For all orders, we recommend letting us know about any issues that arise within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Within this period, direct replacements and warranty claims are possible. Any claims after this period would be subject to our discretion and parts availability.

  8. Can I cancel a pre-order/group buy order?
    For sure, if the pre-order/group buy is still live. As with all cancellations, a 5% processing fee will be incurred. Cancellations past the pre-order/group buy period are not possible as per our Group Buy Policy and Disclaimer that is stated in each product listing. With that being said - we can look at cancellations at a case-by-case basis.

  9. Are buyers required to bare the import taxes and duty fees for orders outside of Malaysia?
    Yes, all international orders are subject to your country's import duties and taxes. Prices on the website do not account for these duties and taxes, for more information please refer to your government's list of tarrifs and rates. For customers from the US, effective August 29, 2025, orders from our Malaysian facility may incur tariffs, duties, and taxes. Please be aware that these costs are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the purchase price - do check potential import fees before ordering.
